PET PATROL
Pet Patrol is a professional, bonded and insured pet care company dedicated to taking care of your pets when you cannot be there. Since 1999 we have been providing daily and as-needed dog walking services, pet sitting and overnight pet sitting, as well as, pet taxi and pet-related errand services. Whether your dog needs a quick potty-break or an energetic walk; or your cats need some daily playtime and TLC while you’re on vacation – Pet Patrol is the perfect choice for you and your four-legged family members.

OUR
SERVICES
INITIAL CONSULTATION
For all new Pet Patrol clients the initial consultation is free of charge and usually lasts about 30 minutes. During this time we will meet with you in your home and review our new client welcome packet. This gives us an opportunity to meet you and your pets, go over their pet care and/or dog walking routine and answer any questions that you may have.
DOG WALKING
When you choose Pet Patrol to walk your dog, you are choosing a personalized walk and/or playtime designed just for them. Your dog will be walked in the comfort of their own neighborhood or nearby park. Or, if a walk doesn't suit you or your dog's needs, a good play session in the privacy and security of your yard can please any dog. We can also accommodate your older dog with a more relaxed visit including a more leisurely stroll around the block or through the backyard and some TLC. And of course, all visits include cleaning up after your dog once they have taken care of their business.
Rates for Dog Walking Services:
30-Minute Visit $22.00
45-Minute Visit $27.00
60-Minute Visit $32.00
Additional Dog Fee $5.00 per dog
PET SITTING
Whether you have dogs, cats, birds or fish - Pet Patrol will be happy to come to your home and take care of your pets. We customize our pet sitting services and cater to the specific needs and preferences of your four-legged family members. If your pets require medication or special routines we are happy to handle that for you at no extra charge (certain exceptions may apply).
Rates for Pet Sitting Services:
30-Minute Visit $22.00
Overnight Stays $75.00 (includes a minimum of 8-hour stay)
Transportation Services $30 (based on 60-minutes and must be an existing client)
Additional Cat or Small Animal Fee $3.00 per animal
Additional Dog Fee $5.00 per dog
Holiday Rates*:

Overnight Stays $120.00
* Our 2022 holiday rates will apply on January 1, April 17, May 30, July 4, September 5, November 24, December 24-25 and December 31.

Betsy
Betsy moved to Baltimore in 2010 and joined the Pet Patrol family a few months later in early 2011. She brought with her a bundle of energy that can transform anyone's bad mood! She offers a unique style of dog walking to Pet Patrol - featuring traveling doggie play dates! When she's not carpooling pooches around town or taking care of some fabulous felines, Betsy can be found spending time with her friends and family - including her rescue dog, Spec. She enjoys living life to its fullest including travel, seeing live music performances and staying active.
Pet Patrol was founded by Rachel, a Baltimore native who has lived here her entire life. As a recent college graduate and newlywed, in January of 1999 Rachel found herself at a crossroads. While she was truly enjoying her job working for a non-profit, she felt a strong need to do something more. So Rachel pitched the idea of a pet sitting and dog walking business to her husband, Joe. A few months and tons of research later, she started Pet Patrol in June of 1999. As they say…the rest is history! Fast forward to present day and you can find Rachel keeping busy with her family - Joe and their daughters, Ella and Kathryn. They all enjoy spending time with their five rescue pets - mixed breed dog Lola, Maine Coon mix cat Joe Cool, Tortoiseshell cats Kit Kat and Autumn as well as Gandalf, a once-feral now-lovebug, senior cat rescued off of their street.
